We carry large stocks of Teknohose brand hydraulic hose produced by our Italian Hose and Fittings supplier. The hose is produced to a very high standard, often exceeding European standards and is approved together with the Vitillo fittings to full DNV certification.

In addition we also offer our own brand E-Flex hose which is produced in a modern high tech ISO 9001 approved facility to European standards.

We have added to our portfolio a very competitively priced range of fabric braided R6 plus 1 & 2 wire Jet wash hose in Black, Blue & Grey colours.

We also produce hose assemblies for Jetwash, LPG & Paintspray applications.

Working within the guidelines of the ISO 9001 system Ehrco is able to guarantee the quality of every hose assembly that leaves the department.

We are able to supply hose assemblies and can test up to 2000 Bar on request.

All assemblies tested are issued with a Certificate.

Ehrco is happy to offer customers access to a new type of hydraulic hose maintenance: hiTAG. This innovative new product uses cutting-edge RFID and APP technology to provide customers with a smart, hose management system.

The hiTAG system is designed to improve hose safety, while at the same time minimising risks associated with hydraulic hose failures.

How does hiTAG hydraulic hose maintenance work?

Customers who take advantage of this new product will be provided with a physical tag for each of their hydraulic hose assemblies as well as access to the hiTAG app and online portal.
The hiTAG tags utilise RFID technology to track and record crucial data related to the maintenance of each hydraulic hose assembly. The tags are supplied directly from each hydraulic hose manufacturer and are designed to withstand the harshest environments.

What does hiTAG hydraulic hose maintenance track?

hiTAG’s hydraulic hose maintenance system provides customers with access to crucial information. Customers will be able to access vital information including:

  • Hydraulic hose type and specifications
  • Hydraulic hose assembly manufacture date

How can I access the hiTAG online portal?

All the information gathered from your hiTAG tags is uploaded to hiTAG’s secure cloud storage. You will be able to view the status and location of all the hydraulic hoses on your network on either your desktop computer or via the hiTAG app on your mobile phone.
The hiTAG app is available to download on both Android or Apple, via Google Play or the App Store.

How does the hiTAG tracking tag work?

The hiTAG tag is essentially a cable tie with an integrated RFID transponder. The tag is a nylon cable, equipped with RFID technology. The tags are designed to be used for securing, serialisation, tracking and identification of products.

The hiTAG tag includes a number of benefits such as contactless data communication, unique numbering for clear object identification, timely data management and accurate documentation processes. The tags are also rewritable, meaning each one can be repurposed and reassigned to different hose assemblies.

Lastly you won’t need to worry about wear and tear as each hiTAG tag is designed to be resistant to harsh environments and cleaning processes.

Ehrco stocks a wide range of Hydraulic Adaptors and is able to source a large number of ‘specials’ from our Fittings manufacturer Vitillo Group.

Our Adaptors are available in all International thread forms in straight male and female, swept and compact 90º & 45º plus Tees, Plugs, Caps Bulkheads and Crosses.

Ehrco is able to supply from stock a huge range of pallet swage hydraulic inserts together with matching ferrules. All are produced to the highest standards using top quality raw materials and the latest machining and processing equipment.

All production is carried out in Italy by our supplier Vitillo and is supported by full DNV accreditation.

We carry a very large stock of all parts in our Warehouse in the West Midlands and can supply next day in almost all circumstances.

Ehrco Limited is now considered to be one of the largest suppliers of flanges in the UK market and is the sole distributor for Oleo Tecnica.

Oleo Tecnica, based in Italy, produce a wide range of flanges in accordance with SAE J518, in both carbon and stainless steel, and have full TUV certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standard.

Being extremely flexible, in their manufacturing workshop, they are able to produce customers’ “specials” both quickly and competitively.
